The dissertation is devoted to definition of features of activity mediation of a condition of psychological balance of the person during its ontogenesis and to definition of leading psychological factors of this process. The phenomenology of mental health is considered, the tendencies of "pathology" connected with logic of thinking are generalized. The criteria for assessing logic are systematized in the study of pathologies of the logic of thinking. An analysis of the signs of pathologies related to the logic of thinking is presented. The basics of adaptation (rehabilitation) methods for people with pathology of logical thinking are generalized. The content of the process of solving problems in states of limited control of consciousness is determined and the theoretical substantiation of the general concept for solving "all" (exhaustive number) of problems, the conditions of which a person is able to formulate The concept of mind as a psychological category is conceptualized and the conditions under which improvement and development of all types of mind are possible are defined: conditions of origin of analytical thinking, at development of logical; and the conditions for the emergence of abstract thinking, as a result - the improvement of analytical. Theoretical bases of designing of mental functions of the person and intelligence are presented modeling of intelligence in measurements of internal and external factors.
