Zajtseva K. Organizational and economic mechanism for mitigation of unemployment social consequences under conditions of mixed economy

A subject of the study is a labour market, interrelationships between state, regional and sectoral bodies in the production process, between employers of all forms of ownership, employees of enterprises and associations, trade unions and the unemployed. An objective of the study is elaboration of methodological principles for improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism for mitigation of social consequences of unemployment under conditions of mixed economy. Methods and apparatus of the study include general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, a system method, a method of sociological research, methods of classification, statistical grouping, logical generalization of questionnaire results. Theoretical and practical results present generalization of theoretical principles and practical experience concerning mitigation of social consequences of unemployment, substantiation of the necessity of consideration Ukrainian economy state, establishment of different forms of ownership and acti vization of the state's role in regulation. The possibility is substantiated to use the results of the study as the programme of action for mitigation of social consequences of unemployment, realization of which will provide improvement of mutual relations and mutual understanding between employers and employees and creation of pre-conditions for economic and social protection of working people under conditions of transition to market. The scientific novelty of the study is presented in clearing the notion "mitigation of social consequences of unemployment" under conditions of mixed economy and in development of basic directions of improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism for mitigation of social consequences of unemployment as well. The degree of implementation are methodological recommendations which are used by the Donetsk State Academy of Management of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the process of education, by the centers of population employment in their activity, by the Youth, Family and Tourism Board of the Donetsk regional state administration. The field of application covers industrial enterprises, centers of population employment, process of teaching economic subjects in educational establishments.
