Essay

The system for physical state level estimation in Palestine's schools. It was obtained the new data about the level of physical state: anthropometric indexes of physical development, fitness and workability, some functional indexes. It was created the adaptive system for physical state estimation in Palestine's schoolboys 7 - 12 years old. Its effectiveness is scientifically proved in pedagogic experiment and it can be used in physical-recreative activity in Palestine.
