Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of legal contents of the principle of equality of States and its development in modern international law. Most attention is paid to the investigation of realization of this principle in the subsystems of international law. The main directions of its development nowadays as well as the tendencies of its perfection in future have been revealed. The author also shows some infringements in the implementation of the above mentioned principle.
