Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of peaceful process in the Middle East and the role of Jordan in this process. Special attention is paid to analysis of international legal positions of the parties to a dispute and imperative demands of the United Nations Organization for the participants of this conflict concerning the establishment of just and general peace in the region. The character and peculiarities of all complex of process of negotiations on the establishment of just and durable peace in the Middle East on bilateral and multilateral ground and principles of conclusion of peace treaty between Jordan and Israel have been revealed.
