Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of particularities of development and adaptation to physical loading of 15 - 17 years old lads. There were found three groups of lads the first group an accelerated type of development the second of the normal type and the third one of the delaying type of development. It was determined that the lads from the different groups had a differences in a magnitude and number of stable adaptation's periods as well as in dynamics and in character of adaptation changes.
