. Object - institutions and methods of state management of an agriculture in conditions of transitive economy of Ukraine. The purpose - development methodological and methodical bases of organization of state management of agrarian sphere. Methods - monographic researches, system, structural, functional analysis, comparisons, economical-statistical. The theoretical and practical results - the main directions of improvement of system management of agriculture as a complex of the interconnected measures for the decision of problems are determined: а) of state assistance for basic structural-institutional transformations; б) of formation of rational system of state protectionism; в) of transition to economic methods of regulation of the markets of agroindustrial manufacture. The model of structural-functional reforming of state management of agriculture at the Government level and to some extent at the level of the Ministry of agrarian and industrial complex on prospect is offered. Sphere of use - improvement of agrarian policy, forms and methods of regulation, structure and functions of bodies of state management.
