Object: a process of psychological rehabilitation of those, who have suffered from large-scaled critical inci-dents. Aim: determination of principles and methods of the conduct of International rehabilitation programs. Methods: psychodiagnostical, statistical and analytical. Theoretical and practical results: a model of the organization of the psychological assistance has been implemented. Novelty: a new psychological phenomenon of a "psychological cul-tural shock" has been studied and described. A degree of application: a system of psychological rehabilitation of those, suffered from critical incidents has been worked up and tested for five years.
