This thesis investigates problems of the organization of the logistical management of material flows under the conditions of the transition economy. The attention is concentrated on the examination of the principles of formation of the logistical management system, conditions of the normalization of the firm development with the use of logistical systems. Directions of the goal orientation and criteria of evaluation of the effectiveness of the use and development of the logistical management system are analyzed. The optimizing logistical approach to the management system of the production and sale activities is proposed.
