The thesis renders an account of elaboration the scientific - methodical principles of economical units interests regulation through the fiscal regulation and stimulation during transformation to market economy. Basic tasks, directions, model and methods of regulation of economical units interests, which consist in correction of market mechanism activity by means of tax regulation and stimulation, are determined. Being taxes the basic instrument in regulation of economical interests is proved, as exactly they influence at concrete measures for strengthening of regulating and stimulating effect on production, on all economical units activity.
