Mokhamed M. Clinical features of postoperative peritonitis and early diagnostics of purulent-septic complications of relaparatomy.

Dissertation is held questions of early diagnostic and treatment of separate forms of postoperative peritonitis and complications of relaparotomy. Clinical investigations was held on 113 patients, in this work develops a new directions, in base of which lay a complex of diagnostic methods with using clinic-biological methods of investigations and wide using of computer monitoring. In first was studied clinical current of diffrent forms of postoperative peritonitis and complications of relaparotomy with estimation by mathematics way information value of some symptoms and signs. Was established biological parameters of endotoxicosis in peritonitis and purulent-septic complications of relaparotomy. Proposed methods of treatment of this complications are large complex of conservative and surgical treatment steps, which is added each other and based on pathogenesis of peritonitis. High efficiency of proposed treatment steps on early diagnostic and treatment of postoperative peritonitis and complication o f relaparotomy was proved in practice. The base results of work were used in surgical and obstetric and gynecological departments and clinics.
