This clinical work is devoted to the problem of treatment of the infertility caused by genital endometriosis. Changes in hormone levels and immunological status were investigated at the patients with genital endometriosis. Clinical efficiency and influence on hormone levels and immunological status of different types of the hormone therapy: estrogen-progestin medicines, antigonadotropins, progestin-only therapy (orgametryl), combined treatment by orgametryl and hydrolase complex (vobenzyme) were estimated in this study.
