Using metods of osteometry, histology, morphometry, chelatometrical analysis in experiments with white rats there was established that strontium-90 incorporation results to slowing down intensity of growth and osteoplastic processes in bones, development of some adapting and destructive reconstruction which are the most strongly marked in growth plates, of spongy bone, epiphisises and metaphisises, in vessel canals of osteons. There was noted reinforcement of resorbtion processes and decreases the content of mineral substances in bones. Changes in osteoblasts, osteocytes, osteoclasts population were researched. Exposed changes reflect development of post-radiation osteopathia in bones.
