Koval'chuk I. Monetary Parities in Current Economic Mechanism of the World Economy

The thesis is dedicated to the problems of regularity definitions in the choice of decisions, that appears on the way of transformation of the economic possibilities of people in the conditions of transition economy. There are widened scientific conceptions about essence, types and functions of the aggregated mechanism of including people into the system of production factors. There are analysed peculiarities of the behaviour of the subjects of demand and supply in the labour market in Ukraine. The self-regulated possibilities of the market and the regulated possibilities of the state in the process of involving people to the social economic activity are shown. The practical recommendations to the forming of the state policy of employment are formulated.
