The food complex of the Chernigov region. There is scientific substantiation of basic directions and mining of the gear of advancing of territorial organization of a food complex of region as of fundamental of increase of efficiency of its operation. Methods: statistical, estimations of experts, simulations modelling, cartographic. The theoretic-methodological fundamentals of research of territorial organization of a food complex are detailed, the directions of its optimization are justified, and the forecast of development of a complex is designed. Practical results: the scientific fundamentals of advancing of territorial organization of a regional food complex are formed. Introduced at a rate of high schools, Chernigov regional state management. Sphere of use is the regional program of social and economic development.
