This Thesis is devoted to the complex investigation of ethic-national factor as a social and political phenomenon, which is able to influence in cardinal way at society and state system.The ethnic-national factor in this thesis is examined from two positions: as ethnic striving for the realisation of its social and cultural interests in different spheres of social life that leads to the changes in socium.
