Kogutych I. The negative circumstances and their use in crime investigation

Thesis for qualification for the scientific grade of associate professor of law (specialty) majoring - criminal proceeding, criminal techniques science, law expertise Lviv National University after Ivan Franko. Dedicated to the investigation of the sources and development of the criminal science theory on the negative circumstances, their impact at the process of crime investigation; defining the nature and origin of the different negative circumstances, their and reflection in the cause-and-effect system of the investigated crime. The thesis provides for the original solving of some problem questions, which exist in the theory of criminal proceedings and criminal science as to the clear definition of the "negative circumstances", their nature, methods of defining and limits of use.
