3. Об'єкт дослідження - Об'єкт дослідження are crimes committed by means of the explosion and threat of its commitment, and activity on investigation of these crimes. Мета дослідження The purpose of research is the creation of the basis of methods of investigation of criminal explosions. Методи дослідження й апаратура a) general scientific(systematic, logic-legal, comparative- legal; b) special- scientific (psychological, logical); c) specifically - sociological (interviewing questionnaire, study of materials of criminal cases; statistical (observation, reports, classification), of analysis). Теоретичні результати і новизна - The basis of methods of investigation of new kinds of crimes (criminal explosives) were worked out. This elaborated classification of explosions can serve as the basis for improvement of legislation. Практичні результати і новизна - Results of work can be used in practical activity of prosecution office Internal Affairs Organs, Security Service of Ukraine during the investig ation of criminal explosions and threat of their commitment. The results of research can serve as the basis for creation of teaching course in preparing of specialists, investigating criminal explosions. Предмет і ступінь упровадження - methodical recommendations for investigators are sent to the investigative subdivisions of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Crimea. The Programme of computer's calculation of the charge's power on the destruction at the scene of crime is transferred to the Technical Explosion Service of the State Scientific Research Expert Criminalistical Center of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The materials of this work are inculcated into the educational process of the Crimean faculty of the University of Internal Affairs. Ефективність упровадження - the Methodical recommendations and computer programme have received a positive estimation of specialists. Сфера використання - activity of prosecution, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Service of Security in Ukraine on investigation and solving crimes, educational process, legislative process.
