One hundred patients with congestive heart failure and 20 healthy patients were examined. The purpose of the study was to increase of diagnostic efficiency of CHF and treatment of ACE-inhibitors therapy by means of estimation of influence on structure and functional peculiarity of left ventricular myocardium and the system of Digitalis-like factor (DLF)-Na+-K+-ATPase in patients with different clinical currency of disease. Methods: clinical; instrumental: ECG, ECG of high frequency, echocardioscopy; biochemical: ensymatical, spectrophotometry, flaming photometry. Eqipment: echocardiograph, electrocardiograph, heart analyzer "ЭК 12 До-01", spectrocalorimeter, flaming photometry device. Theoretical and practical value: it was determined a positive correlation between the level of DLF and Na+-K+-ATPase activity with the degree of heart decompensation; it was determined a signes of obstination of heart decompensation to treatment; positive correlation between DLF and left ventricular mass allows to callit a hormone, which takes part in forming of left ventricular hypertrophy; heart-protective properties of ACE-inhibitors in definite degree may be stipulated by increasing of Na+-K+-ATPase activity; positive correlation between last ventricular potentials and low Na+-K+-ATPase activity may consider as a risk factor of appearance of fatal arrhythmias. The results of the study have been introduced into practice of spetial departments of Kharkov and Kharkov reg. As acts of introduction. It results in increasing of diagnostic effect, in improvement of treatment approach, reduction of hospital time. Application: cardiology.
