In the dissertation the role, place and investigation phases of motivation as social - economical of phenomenon is examined. The theoretical-epistemological toolkit of research of motivational relations in economic system is determined. Mechanisms of realisation ofexogenal forms of motivational influence on the subjects of economic activity are analyzed. The main results of the work carried out have been on Ukrainian enterprises and organization.
