These is established, thаt at the women, belonging to the risk-group, after cesarean section, in postpartum the syndrome of endogenic intoxication is observed, which results to dysfunction of immunologic status of the organism, activation the state of protective lipid peroxydation. These modifications cause development at the given patients puerperal infection deseases. The complex method of prophylaxis purulent and septical complications after abdominal delivery in women, belonging to the risk-group, in postpartum with use of enterosorbent Sillard-P and immunomodulator Echinacea purpurea is offered, which high efficiency is justifiet theoretically and is confirmed practically.
