The phenomenon of empathy is investigated in this dissertation, as a regulative factor involved in the process of pedagogical communication. The author gives theoretical grounds and experimental proofs for psychological factors underlying both formall and essential features of psychological factors underlying both formall and essential features of dynamics of interpersonal relations in a teacher's professional activities.
