Abu-Salim T. The Economical Efficiency of the Managment by the (Private) Business Undertakings Subjects in Market Economy

Object of research- Object of the dissertation research is the social economic relations between the business undertakings subjects. Purpose of research- investigation of the problems of the efficiency of the business undertaking as an innovation activity and its part in the development and raising the efficiency of the business undertakings as a whole. Methods of research - Theoretical and methodological basis of research are the propositions and conclusions of the national and foreign scientists in problems of the business undertakings, economy and economic efficiency in market economy, directive documents on problems of the organization and management of production and economics, materials of statistic bodies. Results and novelty - we had made the differentiation between the production and the economy, on that basis we proposed the determination of the efficiency of the business undertakings as an initiative orientation of the divining-joint efforts of the Firm employees in the definite cultural env ironment to obtain the maximum profit with the minimum expenditures of all kinds of resources and the least ecological damage; we had given proof of the fact that the system of the business undertakings must correspond to the system of indicators and in connection of that we proposed to introduce an indicator of the business undertakings efficiency. The level of the business undertakings efficiency may be estimated by the appropriate levels of the efficiency of elements which make a category of undertakings; we substantiated that the economic efficiency of production is the category which expresses the divining-joint relations of multi-level character fixed by the level of the -Firm income. The compatibility is represented by the production orientation to the satisfaction of the social needs, by the fiscal system and social responsibility of business, and the division is represented by the level of income (profit) of each proper enterprise and the wages of its workers; proceeded from the divining-joint charac ter of the economic efficiency of production the existing classifications of its factor are added with its division into the factors of internal and external order, the external factors are divided into direct and indirect ones; we determined that the reason consisting of two indissoluble united parts of the topicality of human capital in the modern production is the law of rarity of resources and a great increase of knowledge, information and ability of person; we substantiated the growing special importance of ethics of the business undertakings (principles of moral of the society, public opinion, cultural values and image of the Firm) as one of the important conditions of the effective functioning of the business enterprises in the transitional economics. Sphere of usage - The practical importance of the dissertation research consists in the following: its content may serve as an educational supplies for the employers on the problems of planning of the economical activities and the raising of the efficienc y of management.
