Object of research: participants of dialogue relationships in the spheres of labour and social-political (management) in society. Goal of research: development of the concept of social dialogue; evaluation of real state of ialogue relationships; development of ways of their optimization. Methods of research: the analysis of empirical data, research of statistical data, documents and oth. Theoretical results and newety: sociological approach to analysis of social dialogue was developed, its conceptual model on the basis of system and agency approach was given, the criteria of level of forming of dialogue relationships was offered, the lack of the working mechanisms of their functioning was shown, the essence of social dialogue was determined through social importance of dialogue relationships.
