3. The subjects is a social and political interaction between public administration bodies and the population. The goal is the working out of a political marketing conception as a action mechanism of the public administration bodies political rationalization. Methods are active and structural methodology, expert interview. Results: the active and structural conception of political marketing as a mechanism of rationalization of public administration bodies political action under the social transformation condition worked out.
