3. The subject of inquiry is the process of making managerial decision. The goal is to determinate of factors of effectiveness. Methods of theoretical and statistical generalization are used. The sociological concepts and methods are indicated and the recommendations how to apply them are given. The new approach and concepts for social analysis of making managerial decision are tested. The results are applied in Sociology Department of Odessa National University. The field of application: Sociology of Management, School of business.
