Social conflicts adjustment of military organization in conditions of contemporary Ukrainian society. Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of con-flicttendensy of military organization of society as social institutution of legitimate forcing which has a discrepant structure of inner relationships and the system of complicated interactions with the external surrounding. Among the basic problems is the prob-lem of social adjustment of conflicttendensy of mili-tary organization in guaranteeing stability, control, effectiveness of its functioning in conditions of con-temporary Ukrainian society. The purpose is to find the dispute nature of military organization, discrepancy of its development and functioning, to show the possibilities and sig-nificance of social adjustment of the level of its conflict character. The conflictological approach to the consideration of military organization activity, classification of military organization conflicts is suggested. The basic factors, determining the level ofc onflicttendensy of military organization are out-lined. It allows to provide the elaboration of admin-istrative decisions in military-social sphere in theo-retical and methodological aspect. The results of dissertation research have both theoretical and practical meaningfulness. So, reasons for the use of conflictological approach to social processes and management practice within the military organization creates a scientifical and theoretical base for its further subdisciplinary research. The results of qualitative state of military organization enable to foresee "the narrow places" in the management of subjects of control and the level of dependence of conflicttendensy of military organization of the state of society. The classification of military organization conflicts worked out during the investigation allows to realize the complex analysis of its state and to develop ways of effective management. Practical significance consists in outlining the natural character of conflicting of military organization and determining the ways of its examining on the base of disputer model. This not only broadens sociological knowledge about this phenomenon and the possible means of social adjustment, but can also be used in practical activity of middle and higher command staff, in educational courses of higher military educational establishments for training officer personnel for the Armed Forces and other power structures of Ukraine, in civil educational establishments of political science orientation.
