These results indicate that L- and Т-calcium channels are functioning on oocyte oolema and changed with estrous cycle and binding with the mechanism of resumption of the oocyte maturation. The calcium channels are involve in mechanism of antiovarial antibodies suppress the meiotic resumption of oocytes in vitro.
