For the first time there has been investigated the morfofunctional peculiarity of scin cover, factors of natural resistance and immunity of various populations of black-variegated breeds cattle at adaptation for natural and farm condition of Donbass. Has been studied state of the protective systems of black-variegated cows in different seasons of year and various populations calves with age. There have been established that adaptation of animals for Donbass condition proceeded difficult and not limited of two generations..
