Essay

The thesis is devoted to scientific research of organization and improvement of services provided by credit institutions to private consumers with utilization of modern electronic technologies. On the basis of the all-round complex analysis of the modern forms of electronic communicational systema in Germany the optimal character of mutual activity of credit institutions and their clients, is disclosed, which may lead todecreasing of the level of expenditure and to the achievement of other substantial parametres of effectiveness, as well as implementation of modern methods of service and increasing the image and improving of competitive positions. The author also studies economic and financial consequences, prospects of development in a new branch of German economy, taking into account activeintroduction of electronic facilities in organization and management of American and European business and finance.
