LITVINOV S. Prophilactic infection pospartum desease of women with premature labor.

We can say on the basis of complex bacteriological research devoted to pregnant women's bacterial flora of the vagina in norm and with premature labor and also during pospartum period that prophilactic of pospartum infection of women with premature labor is necessary. The first pregnant women with premature birth and disbiosis of reproductive tract were made the prophilactic of postpartum infection desease by a complex consisting of culture of Lactobacillus plantarum, activated on phytocultures and silicoorganic sorbent (enterosgel). Complex bacteriological research, which was made after treatment and also during pospartum period gives us a possibility to say that this preparation is very efficacious.
