Kovalenko O. Epizootology of fasciolosis of ruminant in the Northern-eastern part of Ukraine, measures of fignt and prophilactic

The objects of investigation are ruminants, liver, biotops, mollusks . The objective of investigation is to study epizootology of phasciolosis of ruminants, to work out the methods of treatment and prevention related to the given area. The methods of investigation are epizootologyc, helmint-ovoscopic, pathologoanatomic, biologic. Devices are microscope, thermostat, compressorium, pH-meter, centvifuge. Theoretical results. New approaches to the nuderstanding of epizootology of phasciolosis of animals are developed, the main role of the type of soil, vegetation precipitation in mollusks distribution is determined. Practical results. The methods of treatment of phasciolosis of animals and its prevention in the given area are worked out, the results are used in teaching process at the epizootology and parasitology department at the Sumy state agrarian university. The novelty of the introduction consists in. The system of preventative measures against phasciolosis is improved, the methods of chemical preve ntion and pasture prophylaxis are developed.
