Kostikov R. Clinico-hormone peculiarities and principle of medical aid for the patients with genital endometriosis.

150 women have been examined, 130 of them had different forms of endometriosis, 20 women were practically healthy. The clinical and MRT investigations, the study of hormonal homeostasis and the state of psychoemotional status was conducted. The importance of MRT criteria for genital endometriosis diagnosing is determined, the expediency of hormonal monitoring for the assessment of conservative treatment is proved. Clinico-hormonal-functional criteria of endometriosis make for the improvement of diagnostics, allow to determine the sequence of management program and to timely revise the indications for surgical intervention. This program allowed to restore reproductive function in 40% of patients. The results were introduced to the process of study and treatment of Obstetrics and Gynecology departments of hospitals.
