Subject matter: Individual Factors of Command Activity Effectiveness of Military Leader. Aim: Research of individual factors of command activity effectiveness of Military Leader. Methods: psychological, psycholodiagnostic, static and analitical. Theoretical and practical results: the psychological criteria system of the officer command activity effectiveness, syllabuses and procedures of social-psychological fraining of the officers (cadets) was worked out. New tendencies: The psychological features of command activity and the ways of individual-typical factors of Military commanders of different length of service (from 5 to 15 years) were discovered and the procedures of social-psychological fraining were worked out. Utiliging degree: The criteria system of officers and cadets fraining was developed for 5 years. Field of application: educational process of higher Military educational establishments and organization of social-psychological help to Military Leader of operative-tactical unit of the Ukrai nian Armed Forcer.
