Essay

Object of research: The regional enterprises of system of tourist business and services in Donbass. The purpose of research: development of theoretical, methodological and methodical rules of efficiency of the regional tourism, and also elaboration of the practical recommendations of improvement of its system based on use of the principles and methods of marketing in the regional economy; the development of conceptual bases of regional tourism and its organizational and economical structure which enables to be guided by the advanced market management. Methods of research and equipment: the economic-statistical, technical and economic and conceptual-comparative analysis; ordering; the prognostic-deductive, logical-inductive, system analysis; structural-functional analysis; analysis of advanced scientific experience; method of the expert estimation. Theoretical and practical results: The further development of the theory of tourism as components of a national economy and factor its further internationali zation; the offer of a technique of creation of regional tourism and recreation corporation concerning improvement of processes in a control system of the regional market of tourist services with attraction of a various form of the investments; elaborated and represented of the recommendations and the techniques are used in work of Donetsk regional management on family, youth and tourism, Donetsk regional management of statistics, the enterprises and travel companies of region and also in work of the state airline company "Donbass - East airlines of Ukraine ". Novelty: the methodology of research of regional tourism on conceptual principles of tourist marketing is proved; the concept of regional tourism as sectors of economy which assists market transformations in Ukraine is generated; the main directions of development of regional tourism-recreational system are revealed; the priority tasks of regional tourist marketing are determined; the methodical approaches to definition of price policy on services of tr ansport and hotel business are elaborated, recommendations and methods concerning improvement of organizational-administrative structures in sphere of regional tourist business and realization of informational-analytical activity in view of size of the market of services; financial condition, strategy and purposes of the enterprises are developed. Area of application: scientific establishments in sphere of the regional economy; the executive bodies of authority, regional state administrations; bodies of local self-management; higher educational institutions.
