Essay

There are determined properties of slimes and slags with different moisture content at the period of their movement through lining materials. Electrokinetic zetapotentials testify about possibility of replacing lime and bentonite by slag's as binders in blend pelletizing. Electroosmosis can reduce slag's moisture from 18 to 15% and make them suitable for addition to aggloblend. In agglomerate it is possible to replace limestone by steelsmelting slag's to 36,5% and to 50% in perspective, in pellets basicity is raised to 1 and more. There is developed technology of slags retreatment that provides more complete and qualitative scrap extraction. When introducing the technology actual economic effect forms 347 thousand griven/grv, grn//year.
