Karvan S. Physical-chemical basis of the dry-cleaning technology of the polycaprolactam textile materials.

The object of the investigation is the polycaprolactam textile materials and the dry-cleaning technology of the wares made from these fibres and threads. The aim of the investigation is physical-chemical basis and working out of the dry-cleaning technology of the polycaprolactam wares by organic dissolvents. The investigation about influence of physical-chemical factors of wearing out (pollutant, dry-cleaning, light-weather, their complex effect) on the properties and structure of the polycaprolactam textile materials was carried out, the mechanism of their destruction was studied. The optimum technological regimes of the operations of washing and drying were established. Worked out dry-cleaning technology with the use of thermal- and fotostabilization in the surroundings of the organic dissolvents allows raise thermal- and lightstability of wares and prolong the period of their exploitation. The sphere of usage is the factories of dry-cleaning.
