Ternovaya T. Development and using the methods of analysis and checking a quality textile materials

The object - a quality of textile materials; the purpose - increase of quality of textile materials by development of methods and algorithms of revealing of defects and estimation of sort fabrics, which allow to use modern technical facilities in automatic systems of recognition of images of defects; the methods - theoretical analysis of parametrical fields of a controllable fabric and reference image of object of the control (fabric), mathematical modelling; the novelty - for the first time is developed technique of detection of defective sites of a fabric on the basis of the analysis of the scanned image with using a modified transformation of Radon; the structure of realization of system for recognition of defects of a fabric with printed figure constructed is offered with use of a method of compensation of information streams and the requirements to it are defined; the method of detection and estimation of an irregularity of a denseness of a cloth of a fabric is developed which uses the information on a denseness, which collects till an orthogonal direction in a roll; the method of increase of accuracy of an estimation of a sort of fabrics is developed which at a stage of recognition of defective condition takes into account penal numbers, which are calculated on defined kinds of defects, and adjusts the Bayes boundarys in space of indications in algorithm of recognition; the mathematical model of a fabric is offered which takes into account the "know-how" of a fabric and hardware features of automatic monitoring systems; it is entered - in educational process of KNTU; the application - a checking a quality of textile material.
