Essay

The object of study - the formation process at the stage of designing of integrated weft knitted fabric of multifunctional purpose with specified parameters of its structure and properties. The subject of research is the scientific basis for developing an integrated weft knitted fabrics with predictable properties. Dissertation is devoted to search of scientifically well-founded approach to forecasting of structure parametres and properties of integrated weft knitted fabric of multifunctional appointment at a stage of its technological designing. It is proposed to predict structure parametres and properties of the integrated knitted fabric by three-dimensional geometrical visualization of its structure subject to raw materials mechanical characteristics or an establishment regression dependences between knitting parametres and knitted fabric quality indicators. Scientific novelty of the results is to solve the scientific problem of designing of multifunctional weft knitted fabrics with predictable properties by developing science-based theoretical foundations of the links between knitting parameters and parameters of the structure and properties of integrated weft knitted fabrics, based on the 3D-structure modeling of knitwear and patterns of computer-aided design technology and ensure receipt of his generation with a given consumer characteristics while minimizing labor and material costs. The practical significance of the results is that: a computer 3D-models of integrated weft knits of plating, plush, fleecy plain interlacings and two-layer knitted fabric weaves with tucking connection of layers by the basic threads connection are worked out; a scientifically well-founded technology of development of integrated weft knitted fabrics with set properties for the manufacturing of multifunctional clothes based on generalizations of the results of theoretical modeling and experimental studies is proposed; the regularities of processes of absorption and removal of moisture functional layers of IR jersey process parameters, the characteristics of structure and raw materials;a special softwear for computer-aided design of parameters of the structure and properties of IR knits of plating, plush, fleecy plain interlacings and two-layer knitted fabric weaves with tucking connection of layers by the basic threads connection is developed; the problem of optimization of the quality indicators of the integrated weft knitted fabrics for manufacturing of functional underwear is resolved by using the simplex method of linear programming and a computer program is developed.
