Kharchenko Y. Providing technical level of clothing for professional sport fencing

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of an actual problem of maintenance of a technical level of clothes for professional sports fencing of domestic production, competitive along with the best world samples-analogues. The interaction of the elements of the system "fencer-clothing-weapon-environment" is studied and the features of the motor structure of the competitive activity of fencers and the nature of the dynamic loads on the clothes during operation are determined. A nomenclature of quality indicators of fencing clothing has been developed, which takes into account the quality indicators of materials for its manufacture and the product as a whole, provides the ability to predict and assess compliance with technical requirements. A group of experts was interviewed and the weights of group and individual indicators of fencing clothing quality were determined, which provide an opportunity to assess the technical level of fencing clothing using a comprehensive method and find ways to improve its quality. A method for determining the dimensional stability during multicycle stretching under constant load, which applies to knitted fabrics for the manufacture of fencing clothing. The method simulates the load on fencing clothing during operation, provides reliable prediction of the stability of fencing clothing and a reasonable choice of knitted fabrics with special properties. Complex researches of mechanical characteristics of thread connections of fencing clothes are carried out. Mathematical models of dependence of tensile force and longitudinal deformation of seams on the number of stitches in the seam have been developed. Rational parameters of the weld are determined, at which the strength and longitudinal deformation of the weld meets the requirements. Developed and implemented in the production process of sewing and knitting production TM "StM" (Kyiv) technical documentation for the manufacture of fencing clothing with improved performance properties and approved the technical conditions of TU U 14.1-2473603455-001: 2015 "Clothing for professional sports fencing brand "StM". An assessment of the technical level of the developed set of fencing clothing and assessment of compliance with the requirements of BS EN 13567: 2002 + A1: 2007, which provided the possibility of selling Ukrainian products in the European Union.
