Ostapchuk O. Development of assortment and bleaching technology of cottonin-containing fabrics

The object of the thesis is the processes of production and preparation of blended fabrics made of raw cottonin yarn. The purpose of the study is to develop new assortment and to work out the bleaching technology of cottonin-containing fabrics that include bast fibers, and also to undertake a comprehensive research on their quality assessment. The research methods are the standardized methods used for research of physical and mechanical properties of fabrics; the experimental and computed standardized research methods of physical and chemical properties of bleaching solutions; the microscopy to study the effect of wear resistance on the change in the structure of cottonin fabrics; the methods of the statistical and mathematical processing of experimental data using computer technology for the reliability of the obtained values. The laws of influence of the cottonin on the properties of the textile materials that include bast fibers have been studied. A new assortment of cottonin fabrics containing bast fibers has been developed; they provide wear resistance of ready-made garment. A two-stage bleaching technology method has been offered for blended cottonin-containing fabrics. The method is based on optimization of the technological parameters. The composites for quick bleaching technology method of blended cottonin-containing fabrics have been developed. The study of the complex wear of cottonin-containing fabrics with bast fibres has been conducted. The field of application is the textile industry.
