Essay

The object of research is the processes of cleaning textiles in the aquatic environment. The purpose of the research is development of the scientific basis of resource-saving technologies for cleaning new generation textile products, which are based on the creation of innovative high-performance detergent compositions using surfactants. Research methods are experimental-calculated standardized methods of research of colloid-chemical properties of Bio-surfactants and their compositions; optical methods for determining the parameters of the washing ability of the developed compositions; methods of IR-spectroscopy and digital microscopy to study the effect of compositions on changes in the structure and composition of textile materials; current standardized methods for determining the physico-mechanical and physico-chemical properties of textile materials. For the first time the classification of modern pollution on textile garments is created and the technique of definition of indicators of washing action of compositions for cleaning of garments in the aquatic environment is developed. Quantitative and qualitative indicators of efficiency of action of modern Bio-surfactants on quality of cleaning of garments are defined on the basis of the complex analysis of colloid-chemical and physical properties of compositions. For the first time, innovative compositions with a synergistic effect in micelle formation have been developed, associated with the rationality of packaging Bio-surfactants molecules in mixed micelles. Resource-saving technologies for cleaning textiles in the aquatic environment and recommendations for their application have been elaborated, taking into account changes in the performance of new generation textiles, which will extend the life of next-generation textiles, preserve consumer properties and reduce impact on the environment and human health. Field of use is enterprises of the cleaning industry and service, textile industry, research institutions, educational institutions.
