Zdorenko V. Development of scientific bases of stabilization of a tension of elastic system of refuelling of textile machines.

The mathematical model which allows estimating influence of design data of the process equipment on stabilization of a tension of elastic system of refueling is developed. Conditions whose performance allows providing stabilization of a tension of elastic system of refuelling are determined. Devices of the control of a tension of a string and fabric (cloth) are elaborated. Experimental research which has shown an opportunity of application of the developed devices for the technological control was conducted. Conditions of serviceability yarn tensioning devices and equalisers of a tension are determined at interaction with non-uniform strings on diameter. New designs of equalisers and yarn tensioning device which provide stabilization of a target tension of non-uniform strings are offered. It is shown that a principal cause of occurrence of defects of a ready cloth is inconsistency of work of devices of submission of a basis and tapof a cloth. Mathematical models warp knitting machines are developed at start-up and a stop. Ways of maintenance of a coordination are determined at the unsteady operating modes. Devices of submission of a string and delay of a cloth warp knitting machines whose application allows to lower defects of a cloth at the unsteady operating modes are developed.
