Practice of activity of law enforcement organs (previous investigation and operation investigation) on investigation and prevention of thrifts from apartments. The aim is to work up the basic method of planning and organizing of initial investigation of thrifts from apartments. The research methods: dialectic and system analysis; sociological, relatively-legal, normative-legal, statistical. For the first time in Ukraine complex approach to elaboration of this crime category was realized on the basic of the main criminality methods, analysis of contemporary thrift from apartments investigation practice. Theoretical and methodical recommendations and suggestions, being contained in work, can be used in practical activity of investigators and expert organs, educational process of legal Ukraine institutes of higher, near textbooks elaboration, and also educationally-methodical literature. The monograph publishment and educational supply is being planned to issue. The sphere of using is law creative activit y, research activity, educational process.
