Shuleshko O. The influence of sulphate-hydrocarbonate mixture on lipoid exchange while fattening young bulls

The object of researches: lipoid metabolism of bulls under the impact of sulphate-hydrocarbonate mixture. The aim of researcher: to study the influence of a long-term feeding of the black-and-white breed bulls kept on silage-and-concentrate type diets with the sulphate-hydrocarbonate mixture; to define an optimal dose and design a scheme for the mixture to be applied when bulls are being fattened; to establish the im-pact of the mixture on carcasses structure and quality of the proposed mixture to be used under the condi-tions of cattle?s off-spring fattening. The practical significance of the obtained results: the necessity of introduction of the mentioned types of mixtures to the silage-and-concentrate type diets for correcting lipid metabolism and improving meat productivity of cattle has been proved.
