The thesis is dedicated to theoretical and experimental problems of research of frustration tolerance as component of psychological readiness of fireman to the professional activities under extreme conditions. It is determined, that a frustration tolerance is one of the factors, which influence a degree of psychological readiness of fireman to the professional activities. It is demonstrated that frustration tolerance is one of the professionally relevant qualities and component of fireman's psychological readiness to the professional activities under extreme conditions. It is demonstrated that development of frustration tolerance positively influences professionally relevant qualities and degree of psychological readiness of fireman to the professional activities
