Sofieva K. Psychological criteria for estimating the professional suitability of rescuers of the Special Risk Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The practical significance of the obtained results is that the methodological recommendations and practical technologies developed within the research allow improving the professional selection of candidates for service and selection of rescuers, significantly increase the efficiency and reliability of long-term prognosis of professional suitability and further success (efficiency) of professional activity of employees of the Special Risk Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In particular, applying the proposed algorithm for long-term psychological prognosis of professional suitability of rescuers of the Ministry of Emergencies of Azerbaijan during the professional and psychological selection will help determine the prognostic conclusion about the suitability of the candidate and the prospects of his further professional activity.
