In this thesis on the basis of system-structural modelling of the professional activity of military specialists and the data of psychodiagnostical examination, the efficiency of cadets' professional and psychological selection was studied in the work. The created acmeograms an officer-manager of combined rear maintenance and аn officer of utilisation and repair the armament and material are represented. The level of forming, dynamics and regularities of the development of cadets' professionally important qualities of researched specialities are revealed. The system of criterions, a diagnostic table and an algorithm of estimation and prognosing of cadets' professional suitableness to be learned at higher military educational establishment and further military and professional activity are worked out
