Essay

The research deals with experimental data. The methods of evaluations of physical capability of middle school-age children which live constantly in conditions of extra-normal radiation during after-class trainings in basketball sections are dealt with. Different aspects of the problem are considered as far as their individual characteristics, environment pollution, quantity of movement activity, physical and mental curability are concerned. The introduction in practice of the developed rational pedagogical approaches to the contents of the out-of-class forms of occupations directed on optimization of process of physical education and increase of a level physical training, has allowed essentially to increase a physical condition of the schoolboys and the efficiency educational process as a whole.
