Dissertation is dedicated to problems of program and methods support of physical education in general education school. Dissertation defines guidelines for optimization of physical education in various regions of Ukraine, describes objective conditions, which determine specific peculiarities of carrying out physical education in Zakarpation region. Educational physical culture programs for junior grade students have been elaborated for junior grade students taking into account developmental regularities of morphofunctional and mental development of children, their physical working capacity and health, motives and interests as well as environmental factors of the region.
